The inquiry centers on understanding the prevailing standard of living for these individuals and exploring avenues for its optimization in harmony with both the environment and legal frameworks. In particular, this paper aims to identify and propose solutions for enhancing the living standards and working conditions of artisanal Peruvian fishermen, aligning with the principles of human rights, environmental sustainability, and legal compliance.
